FIRESTONE DANCES CLASSIC PERFORMANCES 1962-1963

Several invaluable records in which we see Nureyev dance the variation of the third act from Sleeping Beauty (1962) and that of Gayane (1963) to a background of Khatchatourian’s music, souvenir of his Soviet period. Two minutes that clearly show Nureyev’s feral personality which accounted for much of his electrifying magnetism.
