I AM A DANCER A Pierre Jourdan film

Invaluable documentary made initially for French television in 1970, then added to in 1971 and 1972, showing the dancer in class, in rehearsal and dancing the unabridged version of Ashton’s Marguerite & Armand, as well as large excerpts from the second act of La Sylphide with Carla Fracci, romantic dancer par excellence, the Pas de Deux from the third act of Sleeping beauty (dazzling variation) and Glen Tetley’s modern choreography in Field Figures.
