Grand Ballet du Marquis de Cuevas Tour

The Grand Ballet du Marquis de Cuevas toured Israel in October 1961 during which Nureyev danced two or three times a week in The Sleeping Beauty, the Black Swan pas de deux and the pas de deux from Don Quixote. In Haifa he choreographed the pas de deux from The Nutcracker and performed it with Rosella Hightower.
