Royal Ballet mixed programme
23 February, 7, 10, 16, 21 March and 8 April 1967
The world premiere of Paradise Lost, in which Margot Fonteyn and Rudolf Nureyev created the leading roles, was given at a Gala on 23 February 1967. The other items in the programme were Serenade and Les Noces. At the later performances the other repertoire in the programme changed, but Rudolf Nureyev only danced in Paradise Lost.
