The Sleeping Beauty

Nureyev gave several performances in a season of The Sleeping Beauty given by the International Ballet of the Marquis de Cuevas which opened on 21 June 1961. Not all Nureyev’s performance dates in this season are currently identified but it’s known that he alternated the roles of the Prince and the Bluebird.
